We have seen how certain political parties saved ramasamy from impeachment. I am sure the same would be the result of Dinakaran's case as well.Many scholars have suggested that the judicial corruption in India is highest amongst its lower courts.The solution IMO is to bring back the "Jury System" for courts up to High Court levels. This will significantly reduce nepotism and corruption to an acceptable level
